involve an ESL teacher, a Bilingual teacher or one of the translation

a LEP student requires a SRA in a language that has not been translated,
the student may

the English version of the PAT and an English-to-native language dictionary,

the SRA PATs:

content certified teachers will then score the student's work based

one of the two individuals scoring the PATs. ?????????
