Student Obligation: If continues to be partially proficient in any area

       Students who by the end of their senior year have not completed the SRA process nor scored proficient in all the HSPA content areas may continue the SRA process as a regular, vocational, or alternative high school student (fifth-year student or retained twelfth grader) or as an adult high school student.
       However, if this student chooses not to enroll in a regular, vocational, alternative, or adult high school, then this student may not participate in the SRA process but may continue to take the HSPA as a non-enrolled "returning student" at their high school.
